End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to access and use of PoolMgmt.app and related services.
Use of PoolMgmt
PoolMgmt provides pool service management tools for routes, customers, service records, billing preparation, integrations, photos, employees, and related business workflows. Users are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing work before relying on it, and using the software in a lawful, professional manner.
Accounts and Company Data
Each company account is intended to keep its customers, employees, routes, service records, billing records, photos, and integration data separate from other companies. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and granting access only to authorized staff.
Authorized Users
Company owners and authorized managers decide who may access their company workspace. Users must not share accounts, impersonate another person without permission, attempt to bypass permissions, or access another company's data.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use PoolMgmt to upload unlawful, abusive, malicious, misleading, or harmful content; interfere with the service; probe or attack systems; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or use the service in a way that harms customers, employees, PoolMgmt, or third-party providers.
Customer and Employee Responsibilities
PoolMgmt is a tool for managing work. It does not replace a company's responsibility to supervise employees, comply with labor laws, obtain any required location or photo permissions, communicate with customers, maintain insurance, or verify service and billing records.
Third-Party Integrations
PoolMgmt may connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks or other accounting providers when authorized by the user. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, outages, and API limitations.
Integration Permissions
When a user connects a third-party account, the user authorizes PoolMgmt to use the granted access for the selected workflow, such as matching customers, mapping items, preparing draft invoices, or syncing invoice status. Users may disconnect supported integrations from PoolMgmt or from the third-party provider.
Billing and Invoices
PoolMgmt may help prepare billing information, draft invoices, carry-forward charges, skipped items, fees, and payment status, but users remain responsible for reviewing invoices, taxes, fees, customer balances, and accounting records before sending or relying on them.
No Pool Safety or Chemical Advice
PoolMgmt records service information entered by users. It does not provide professional pool safety, chemical, engineering, regulatory, or equipment advice. Companies and technicians remain responsible for water safety, chemical handling, label instructions, local rules, training, insurance, and customer communication.
Subscriptions and Fees
Pricing, trial access, founder terms, and paid plans may change as the product develops. Any paid service terms presented in the app, invoice, or written agreement control the applicable fees for that company.
Data Ownership
Company business data entered into PoolMgmt remains the responsibility of that company. PoolMgmt may store, process, back up, and transmit that data as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, and operate integrations.
Service Availability
PoolMgmt may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, outages, internet problems, third-party service failures, power events, or other operational issues. PoolMgmt will make reasonable efforts to restore service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the service in a way that could harm PoolMgmt, customers, employees, or third-party systems.
No Warranty
PoolMgmt is provided as-is during early development and testing. The software may contain defects, interruptions, incomplete features, or changing workflows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolMgmt disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
PoolMgmt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, billing mistakes, customer disputes, business interruption, property damage, injury, chemical issues, or third-party service failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolMgmt's total liability is limited to the amount paid to PoolMgmt by the affected company in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no paid subscription exists.
Indemnification
Users and companies agree to defend and hold PoolMgmt harmless from claims arising from their service work, customer relationships, employee actions, data entered into the app, invoices they send, legal compliance, chemical handling, or misuse of the service.
Changes
PoolMgmt may update these terms as features, integrations, and business operations evolve. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
